SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

Please allow up to 3 weeks processing times (not including shipping).

Domestic Orders: You’ll receive an email from us as soon as your order ships, with tracking information. Your shipment will arrive via USPS.

Canada: If you are in Canada, we will ship via USPS First Class International. USPS International orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to be delivered once shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges that you may incur based on your country’s import and sales tax laws.

International Orders (Outside of Canada): A note to our international shoppers* We want to let our global supporters know that we are temporarily unable to provide international shipping options (outside of Canada) on our hosting platform. We are currently in transition to a more universal software that allows for international shipping management and calculations. We ask that you bear with us through this transition phase as we progress to a new platform. Be sure to check back for updates, or sign up for our newsletter here where we will let everyone know when worldwide shipping is available. Thank you for your patience and support!


Shipping fees are non-refundable: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order! We will not refund shipping fees for insufficient shipping addresses on returned shipments. The customer is responsible for shipping fees when returns are initiated by the customer. Exceptions are if a customer receives a damaged good and/or receives an incorrect order/item(s) from us.


Returns and Exchanges

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if things don't work out.*

Our policy is valid 14 days from the day USPS (or other courier) declares the order delivered successfully. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We inspect all returned items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once the return has passed all inspections our team will initiate a refund payment. When completed the customer will receive an email showing the email has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please expect a few business days for the funds to transfer back to you.
